Reduce Noise Next To Busy Road

The great thing about people who invest in their investments is that they will almost always see them grow in value. We were approached by Mark to revamp the windows in two of his units. The brief was very simple, reduce the noise from the very busy Spit Road, make everything look better, be warmer in winter and cooler in summer and be beneficial for my tenants while they are with us.

Taking this we presented three solutions based on the style of units, and went from go ahead, design, build and installed with minimal disruption to the tenants within 4.5 weeks.
